    TO ALL CLIENTS:

Now that the new building is up and running I feel that I need to express how important it is to let us know well in advance of any cancellations.

In order to cover the increasing costs all clients must give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations. If 24 hours is not given then you will still be charged as below. We will obviously take emergency situations into consideration.

Please notify us one week in advance of any holidays that you have planned, so that we have plenty of time to plan lesson programmes and pony use.

If you would like to hire a pony for any event then please give us 48 hours notice, via telephone or e-mail: There will also be a booking sheet in the building which you can sign up on. If 48 hours is not given then we can not guarantee the availability of the pony.

CANCELLATION

CHARGES - Clients are advised that cancellation charges are NOW IN FORCE. If you cannot attend a pre-booked lesson or trek, please phone up to let us know and leave a message on the answering machine. 

There is a high demand for lessons and treks and early notice of cancellation means that someone else gets a chance to ride.

The cancellation charges are as follows: 

At least 24 hrs notice - NO CHARGE 

Before 9.3Oam on day of lesson - 25% Charge 

Between 9.3Oam and 12pm on day of lesson - 50% Charge 

After 12pm or No show - FULL CHARGE 

* Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration*

NEW GAMES PONY RULES

If you are hiring a pony for games, then you must be here in plenty of time, in order to catch your pony, and gather your tack and haylage together. The first trailer load will be leaving Cruan at 6pm and will not wait for any late comers. All tack and ponies and tack have to be returned to Cruan when finished if you share a pony then you can share the work . We are sorry to have to do this but starting at 5pm and only getting finished at 11.30pm is not good on school nights for my family .

We are sorry to have enforce these rules, but please understand that this is purely for the benefit of the continued running of the business, and your enjoyment!
